Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders.

Sometimes there won't be a lot of stock in the store, as I am making by myself and teaching 4 days a week. I will be making and restocking as often as I can and announcing my restock on Instagram. Thank you so much for your patience!


Can I return my purchase if I am unhappy?

Of course!  I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns fall under the following categories.

Unhappy with the fit of the garment

Each garment’s individual measurements are available for you to check against your own measurements. Each garment is designed to be beautifully voluminous (signature style) and so there is built-in leeway. Please, however, check the measurements carefully before purchasing.

We have all experienced trying on a garment where the neckline isn’t quite right for us or the shape of the silhouette isn’t quite ‘you’. If this is the case, please contact me via mabelandgeorge@gmail.com with the subject heading ‘Return please’ I will get back to you as quickly as I can and we can individually discuss the return/exchange/refund process. (Please hang onto the reusable HERO PACK satchel your garment arrived in)

Return postage will be covered by the customer.

Faulty

 At present I am making all of the garments myself and so I am pretty on-top of quality control. If, in the unlikely event of there being a fault in your purchase, please email me as soon as you can so we can discuss the return/exchange/refund process.

How do I care for my Mabel and George piece?

To ensure that colours remain as vibrant as possible for as long as possible, I always wash my garments and Loops using a cool temperature setting and a gentle laundry liquid. I hanger-dry my garments out of direct sunlight and I like a natural crumple, so I don't iron my clothes, but of course, you can if you prefer!

Each garment comes with a care label sewn into the left inner side seam.
