Returns Policy
I have a 7 days returns policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You will also need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase, or order number.
To begin the process of a return, please email me at mabelandgeorge@gmail.com with the subject heading 'RETURN PLEASE.'
Please note that items sent back to me without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return postage is covered by the customer. If however, upon return and inspection, the garment/item is deemed faulty, then the cost of postage will be returned to the customer.
Returns will be sent to Mabel & George 12/3 Pellita Way, LANGWARRIN, Victoria 3910.
FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS, & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you, my valued customer. Please send a photograph of fault/damage to my email to begin the return process.
GARMENT FIT
Each garment's key finished measurements are available for you to check against your own measurements. Please check all measurements carefully before purchasing.
We have all experienced trying on a garment for the first time to find the neckline isn't quite right for us, or the silhouette and design-lines aren't quite 'you'. If this is the case with your garment, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order, at mabelandandgeorge@gmail.com with the subject heading 'RETURN PLEASE'. I will get back to you as soon as I can so that we can discuss your return process.
Please hang onto the HERO PACK satchel your order arrived in as it can be reused to return your item.
Return postage is covered by the customer.
